Change Size / Number of Containers
To change the size of your refuse container or to add/remove a container, contact the City's Utility Billing office at 952-935-8474, ext. 6332, or fill out the Refuse Container Request Form and submit it to City Hall.
Note: A Duplex/Double Bungalow must choose at least two containers, triplex at least three containers. Each unit must have a container of its own.
