- Hennepin County Emergency Programs: 612-596-1900 May provide short-term aid for residents in a financial crisis, such as temporary shelter, housing costs, utility shut-off prevention, foreclosure prevention, moving expenses to relocate, or extra food support for people on special diets.

Provides safe, temporary crisis housing; crisis phone line; legal, medical & financial help; support groups; and parenting resources. Their legal advocacy team (952-935-1004) offers free support services to help domestic violence victims make informed decisions and find available community resources.
