  • Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County: 952-933-9639 Provides programs to assist individuals, address poverty issues through outreach, energy assistance, home ownership, renting assistance, food support, tax assistance, legal services, water assistance, vehicle repair, and employment and financial counseling.
  • Comunidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio: 612-746-3500 Resource and service nonprofit organization by Latinos, for Latinos providing health and wellness, education, engagement, and economic services.
  • Day One: 952-884-0376 (Office) and 866-223-1111 (Crisis) Connects callers to services and agencies in their area who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and general crime. Advocates may assist in law enforcement, finding shelter, safety planning, and finding culturally specific services/advocates.
  • Hennepin County Office of Multicultural Services: 612-348-2193 Speaking 32 languages, this office connects immigrants to resources and services offered by the county and community partners.
  • Lutheran Social Services: 651-642-5990 Provides a wide range of services related to the basic necessities of life—food and shelter, physical health and safety, and emotional and spiritual well-being. Has specific supports for groups including refugees, people with disabilities, youth, young adults, older adults, military members, and veterans.
