Project Description

Enclave Companies received approvals to redevelop the former Hopkins Mann Cinema 6 movie theater located at 1118 Mainstreet into a four-level, mixed-use commercial and residential building.

As designed, the building includes 150 apartment units, approximately 5,400 square feet of ground floor commercial space along Mainstreet and 120 enclosed parking stalls, with an additional 30 surface parking spaces and access to 40 permitted spaces in the adjacent municipal parking ramp.
