18. Drop-Off Site Guidelines
    • The drop-off at Downtown Park must be accessed with an access code. After submitting this form, you will receive welcome instructions and the access code. Bring your bagged organics to the organics drop-off site, unlock the cart and place your organics inside. Relock the cart to prevent contamination.
20. Organics Recycling Guidelines
    • All organic material must be bagged in a BPI-certified or compostable paper bag.
    • Food service items such as plates, cups, bowls, takeout containers, or utensils must be BPI-certified to go in organics. The BPI logo means the item was tested and can fully and safely break down without leaving unnatural byproducts. BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute) is a third-party certification company. You can verify that products are certified compostable by visiting BPI World and searching the Certified Compostable Products Catalog at bpiworld.org.
