Activities and Classes
Crystal Sound Bowl Meditation
This relaxing class uses sound therapy as a modality to release stress, anxiety, depression and even physical discomfort.
Stay fit through the movement of dancing! Choose from Line Dancing, Round Dancing or Square Dancing.
Looking for variety? Try our Functional Fitness class incorporating balance, flexibility, low-impact cardio, strength training and stretching. Energetic fitness instructor Janelle will encourage and motivate you to help reach your fitness goals.
Tai Chi for Health
Many health benefits can be gained from practicing the gentle movements of Tai Chi. This class introduces east to learn short from movements.
Walking for Wellness
If you have joint or knee pain, this low impact class is for you! With walking cardio moves, chair stretching to increase range of motion, balance exercises and more.
Focus on improving flexibility, balance, strength, posture and breathing. Try Slow & Mindful Yoga, a gentle form of exercise that promotes relaxation and stress reduction.

The Hopkins Activity Center is a contracted facility with Healthway’s Fitness (SilverSneakers®) and UnitedHealthcare (RenewActive®) to offer fitness opportunities for eligible health plan members. Contact the office for more information.
Winter Nordic Walking makes for great exercise to get out of the house! Our social walking group is a fun way to exercise while you meet new friends and explore local walking trails.
