Relax during an immersive sound bath experience. Sound is the language of the universe, and can be a powerful tool for therapy and healing in the body.

Dance Opportunities

Stay fit through the movement of dancing! Choose from Line Dancing, Round Dancing or Square Dancing.

Functional Fitness

Looking for variety? Try our Functional Fitness class incorporating balance, flexibility, low-impact cardio, strength training and stretching. Energetic fitness instructor Janelle will encourage and motivate you to help reach your fitness goals.

Yoga - Stretch & Strength Chair Yoga

Focus on improving flexibility, balance, strength, posture and breathing. Try our Stretch and Strength Chair Yoga class, that helps you promote relaxation and stress reduction through gentle body movements whether in a chair for support or if you prefer using a mat.

Contracted Facility

The Hopkins Activity Center is a contracted facility with Healthway’s Fitness (SilverSneakers®) and UnitedHealthcare (RenewActive®) to offer fitness opportunities for eligible health plan members. Contact the office for more information.

Walking Club

Walking Club

Walking makes for great exercise to get out of the house! Our social walking group is a fun way to exercise while you meet new friends and explore local walking trails.

On the 2nd Friday of each month we meet at a different park throughout the spring, summer, fall and winter. Register to attend Walking Club and receive route details
