The Pavilion has a variety of room sizes to accommodate large and small events and gatherings. 

All rental opportunities are open for use by any individual resident or non-resident, and any non-profit or for-profit organization. All prices are subject to change.

Whole facility rental is also available upon request. Call to inquire. 

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is not allowed for room rentals at the Pavilion.

  • $75 hourly rate (one hour minimum)

  • Maximum capacity of 150 (lecture-style), 110 (reception-style)

  • Unavailable for rentals during outdoor ice season (approx Dec-Feb)
  • No glitter, confetti, or slime allowed in the Warming House
