Smoke-Free Housing Interview Opportunity
Hello Hopkins Apartment Managers,
I'm sharing an opportunity from Live Smoke Free and Hennepin County Public Health for Hopkins property owners and managers to participate in a brief, anonymous interview project.
The purpose of these interviews is to better understand property owners and managers thoughts on smoking in multi-unit housing and smoke-free policies, including what works well and what challenges exist. Your insights will help inform and educate city staff, decisionmakers, and community members about secondhand smoke exposure in local housing and will help guide future smoke-free housing policy discussions.
What's involved:
- A 25-35 minute one-on-one virtual interview with Live Smoke Free
- Questions focused on smoking in apartments/units and what you think about secondhand smoke and smoke-free policies
- Participants will receive a $10 Target gift card as a thank you for their time
Live Smoke Free is seeking participation from a mix of property types, including smoke-free and smoking-allowed buildings, as well as both affordable and market-rate housing. Responses will be combined with others, and no individual property or participant will be identified in public materials.
If you are interested in participating, please use the link below to sign up for a timeslot that works best for you. Availability starts mid February.
