Beach season is here! Shady Oak beach is open for the season now through July 31, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., (10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on July 4), and August 1 through 17, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather dependent. Renew or purchase your 2025 Shady Oak Beach season pass to enjoy unlimited entry to the beach at great rates. Save Money with the Hopkins Climate Solutions Fund

Have a home improvement project in mind that improves energy efficiency or electrifies gas equipment? Apply for project funding through the Hopkins Climate Solutions Fund! This is an incentive program available for residents and businesses to accelerate our transition to cleaner and more efficient energy. Projects awarded in the past have been solar panel installations, heat pumps, electric dryers, and insulation and air sealing. More information about the program and a full list of eligible projects can be found on the City website. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Projects must be pre-approved before purchases are made.
