Knollwood Towers Parking Ramp Update  

On May 11, the City's Fire Chief authorized re-opening of the ramp after minor repairs were made and two structural engineering companies (Palanisami & Associates Inc. and Collaborative Design Group) agreed the parking facility was not a structural safety issue, but does need maintenance to prevent structural issues. 

Portions of the ramp will remain closed until the full repairs are made. The property continues to be in zoning violation until the repairs are finalized. 

The City and IPG Living reached an agreement related to the work needed, and IPG Living plans to complete the work related to both ramps this year.
